3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase from LVC. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order will be processed once payment and order information have been confirmed.

If an item becomes unavailable, there is a pricing or order error, or required order information cannot be confirmed, LVC will contact you regarding the order before fulfillment.

Customer-requested refunds or cancellations are not permitted. All sales are final.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in US dollars and exclude applicable state and local taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for your LVC order to be prepared. LVC orders are processed in the order they are received so we can serve each customer in a timely manner. Processing times may vary depending on the order. We appreciate your patience while your LVC order is being prepared. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Local Pickup & Delivery:

LVC will contact you once your order is ready to arrange pickup or delivery.

5. Shipping

Shipping with tracking is $8. Shipping orders will be processed after payment is received and order information is confirmed. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping time begins after the 7–14 business day order processing period.

LVC is not responsible for shipping delays that are outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond LVC’s control. We will do our best to keep customers informed of any known delays and provide updates when available.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been marked as shipped.

6. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. LVC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or unwanted items. Please make sure you select the correct item, size, and color before placing your order.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

If you suspect an issue with your order, please contact LVC as soon as possible so we can review your purchase.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design —

belongs to LVC — Luxury Vintage Collection or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.
